Daniel Horowitz from MyHeritage Lecture: When There’s a Will There’s a Way

Clark County Nevada Genealogical Society and Jewish Genealogy Society of Southern Nevada have teamed up to bring Daniel Horowitz from MyHeritage to Las Vegas!
His second lecture for the weekend will be When There’s a Will There’s a Way on Sunday, Feb 25, 2:45 PM at Las Vegas FamilySearch Center.
When Daniel was asked to review the will of a distant relative to help find that person’s descendants, he utilized a number of tools and strategies to crack the case and find the people he was looking for. Come learn how you can do the same.
Dedicated to Genealogy since 1986, Daniel was the teacher and the study guide editor of the family history project “Searching for My Roots” in Venezuela for 15 years. He is involved in several crowdsource digitization and transcription projects and holds a board-level position at The Israel Genealogy Research Association (IGRA). Since 2006 Daniel has been working at MyHeritage liaising with genealogy societies, bloggers, and media, as well as lecturing, and attending conferences around the world.
